‘There’s A Reason’ is the second song on the EP, and it’s a popular track that’s very close to my heart. I was touring with brit-funk band Hi-Tension when that track blew up so I decided to give it a lovers-rock make-over. I had the good sense to call on my good friend & one of the best reggae crooners Michael Gordon to perform the vocals on the track. The rest is here for your enjoyment.
This version was produced in conjunction with Lindel Lewis, the composition was originally written by Hi Tension’s David Joseph & Leroy Williams, and this reggae remake also features original H/T saxophonist Patrick McLean vibzing a wickedly melodic solo. We’ll be doing our best to giving it Big-Toon status second time around.
